Obituary of Mollie Hampton

Mollie Hampton, 90, a resident of Shiloh Towers in Zion, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2008, at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. Mollie was born October 19, 1917 in Alabama. She will be dearly missed by her children, Sylvester (Gaila) Hampton, LaVelle (Ray) Crowe, Lou (Nancy) Hampton, Shelia (Duane) Starmach, Mike (Kathy) Hampton, and Tommy (Brenda) Hampton. Mollie is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 4, 2008, from 9:00-10:00 a.m., with a funeral service at 10:00 a.m. at Congdon Funeral Home 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Memorial Park, Zion. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please keep Mollie in your memories and prayers. Mollie is loved and will be missed by all.
