Obituary of Robin Mullane

Robin Mullane (McDonald), 52, of Waukegan, IL., and formerly of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Orange County, CA, died on Wednesday, July 30, 2014. She was born November 21, 1961, in Waukegan, IL. She was a 1979 graduate fo Waukegan High School. Robin worked in accounting departments for many years on the west coast and most recently was a clerk at the Citgo Station in Beach Park. Robin enjoyed working in her yard and was especially fond of roses. She also enjoyed riding her bike and spending time with her dogs Chico and Sparky. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her sons, William Gordon III of Beach Park, IL, Richard (Amanda Martinez) Gordon of Reedley, CA; granddaughter, Kristyn Denise Gordon; mother, Judy Rumph of Waukegan, IL; brother, Randy (Donna Simpson) McDonald of Waukegan, IL; and Jim Rumph (April Peters); sisters, Dawn (Joseph) Simon of Beach Park, IL, and Sue (Bill) Linsky of Waukegan, IL; adopted father, John (Nora) Flynn of TX; boyfriend, Steve Rossi; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Robin was preceded in death by her adopted mother, Patricia Flynn. Visitation will be Thursday, August 7, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Congdon Funeral Home, 3012 Sheridan Rd., Zion, IL. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Knight of Community Christian Church of Waukegan, officiating.
