Obituary of Anton Visocnik

Anton "Tony" Visocnik, 94, of Beach Park. Illinois, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 28, 2014, at his home. Tony was born January 1920, in Slovenia. Tony came to the United States with his wife and daughter in 1951. He became a U.S. citizen in December of 1956. Tony retired from Johnson Outboards and spent 26 years of his retirement in Florida before returning home to Beach Park, Illinois in 2010. Tony is survived by his wife, Maria Visocnik; son, Mario (Gwyn) Visocnik of Waukegan, IL; daughter, Erika (Kenneth) Bergeron of Beach Park; son, Walter (Brenda) Visocnik of Round Lake. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A Private Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 5, at home with his immediate family.
