Linda Soper, 70, of Winthrop Harbor, IL passed away February 16, 2014 in Waukegan, IL.
Linda was born April 25, 1943 in Chicago, IL. She moved to Winthrop Harbor in 1977 and was a resident for 36 years. Linda enjoyed helping people and animals who needed help. She spent her time gardening and had many beautiful plants.
