In a building dating back to the mid 1800's the Congdon Funeral Home has been in business since 1939. It began under Everett Congdon and has been family owned and operated ever since.
After Everett's death Ardsely Congdon took over and was joined by his brother Loren Congdon in 1972. They ran the business together until Ardsely's unexpected death in 2002.
Loren Congdon is the current owner and is now joined by his daughter Dinora Congdon who plans to keep the tradition going.
